NATCA Leadership & Staff

Leadership
NATCA leadership is represented by the president, executive vice president and 10 regional vice presidents (RVPs).

National Office Staff
The NATCA national office is located in Washington, D.C. and employs the most dedicated professionals in the industry.

NATCA's Regions
NATCA operates in nine regions, which correspond to the boundaries set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). NATCA's tenth region, Region X, encompasses the union's other bargaining units including engineers, nurses and legal professionals. Each of the regions is represented by an RVP.

National Committees
Eight national committees function within NATCA. Their job is to facilitate IT resources, adopt constitution amendments, approve budget and conduct audits, improve labor management cooperation, ensure safety of work, assist members who incur a job related injury and much more.
